By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a SAP HANA Global Project Manager to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan (US-MI), United States (US).Duties & Responsibilities:Partner with the Global Program Manager to deliver a complex multi-country, multi-phased program on an S/4 HANA SolutionDrive overall program schedule including roll-ups from sub-projectsAct as primary project manager for Global Template Blueprint and initial site deploymentManage program-level issues, risk, and changeDelivery internal and external status reportsDrive completion of ‘special projects’ that arise to deal with unplanned activitiesDrive get-to-green plans when neededBasic Qualifications:Proven ability to lead SAP S/4 HANA projectsMinimum 3 years of experience working and managing large, complex SAP programs is a mustExperience creating detailed project plans for global blueprint activitiesDemonstrate high communications skills (verbal and written)Passion for driving business performance through SAP solutionsStrong ability to interact with the business on their key success drivers, performance metrics and differentiating capabilities and how SAP Hana can helpNice to Have:Preferred industry experience in one or more of High Tech, Automotive Parts or Industrial ProductsTravel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 80%, including internationally.
